Hey, I’m Rohith!

When I walked away from my cushy investment banking gig 4 years ago to start ACTA Matcha, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I naively thought making a great product was the hard part - boy, was I wrong! I had no idea how to actually get new customers online.

These struggles drove my fascination to learn the ins and outs of D2C growth marketing. I decided to work at Ampush, a leading growth marketing agency, where I got to manage 6-figure monthly ad budgets for amazing CPG brands. The hands-on experience was like getting a master class in what actually works.

I later joined Shiftsmart ($400M+ labor marketplace startup), where I led the growth team. Within a year, we acquired 1M+ app downloads, doubled our active user base, and slashed CAC by 70%.
